The company running ScandiMart is based in Sweden, operating under Swedish law.

It is also possible arrange delivery to other countries by contacting us using the information at the bottom of this page before placing your order.

All items are sent from Sweden using Postnord. The shipment will be delivered to you by your local postal service. When your order is packed, you will recieve a tracking number. Delivery times vary from country to country, but should not be more than 15 working days. We do not guarantee delivery within this timeframe. If you have any questions about your delivery, please use the contact information provided at the bottom of this page.

If your item is severely damaged or lost during transport, we will issue a refund or send you a new item. It is our right to choose if we give a refund or a new product. To initiate this process, please send an email to the adress provided at the bottom of this page.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the items ordered can be legally imported to the country of delivery. If a shipment is destroyed or returned to sender by customs in the destination country, the buyer is not eligible for a refund.

Any import fees or taxes imposed when the shipment arrives to the destination country is the obligation of the buyer to pay. If a shipment is returned due to fees/taxes not being payed by the reciever, the buyer is not eligible for a refund.

If all products in your order were in stock when placing the order, your order will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Otherwise we will ship your products as soon as they are back in stock.

Privacy Policy

When placing an order, we will store the personal information you left. The information will be used to fulfill your order, and to comply with accounting regulations. Your personal information will be deleted from our records after 12 months from your order was placed. If you want to withdraw your consent to us storing personal detail you can contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

In order to deliver your products, your personal information may be transfered to Postnord AB. You can find their Privacy Policy here. In order to process payments, your personal information may be transfered to our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe’s Privacy Policy can be found here.

Cookies are used on this website to collect information about visitors’ location and type of device used.

On our website it may be possible to leave a review for a product. Any information left as a product review can be used by us for indefinite time and without any compensation to you.

Prices and payments

All prices shown are in USD (United States dollar).

Shipments to countries within the EU will have 25% VAT added at checkout.

Customers outside EU will not pay VAT at checkout. Any VAT obligations will be payed to your local postal service.

Our payments are provided by Stripe. The payment methods available will be show during checkout.

Right to withdraw your order

Customers within the EU has the right to withdraw their order and return any goods recieved within 14 days of reception and get a refund. The customer pays the return shipping to us. To initiate this process, please send an email to the adress at the bottom of this page.

Liability limitations

We take no responsibility for damages caused by the products sold. We are also not responsible for any inaccuracies in product information due to changes by the manufacturer or typographic mistakes. Language on the packaging may not always be the same as in the images on the product page.

Disputes

Any disputes should at first try to be solved between the company and the buyer. If this is not possible, any dispute will be processed in accordance to Swedish law and in a Swedish court.
